Der Gatling-Laser ist eine schwere automatische Waffe, die in einem hohen Tempo kurzpulsige Laserstrahlen verschießt. Die Hauptkomponenten ist eine starke Energiequelle die im Energieagregat angebracht ist und einem um die eigene x-Achse rotierende Bündel aus 6 einzelnen Waffenläufen. In den Läufen ist ein komplexes System aus Fokuslinsen. Während der Rotationsbewegung um die eigene Achse schieben sich in schnellem Takt die Läufe vor das Energieagregat und bündeln die konstant abgegebene Energie für einen kurzen Augenblick in einen vernichtenden Energiestrahl, sobald sich der Lauf wieder weiter bewegt reißt dieser Strahl ab, es entsteht ein Projektil aus einer schnelle hochenergetischen Ladung. Da dieser Vorgang sich in schnellem Takt wiederholt lässt sich mit dem Gatling Laser ein fatales Sperrfeuer entwickeln.<br />
